		<description>Find yourself at a place in the sand. Make sure it feels right for you.
It’s your place in the sand and for this momentno one else’s. Though you share it with all that have come before you.
Now turn toward the sea.
Notice the waves churning on the shore.Some waves rising gently to the shore.
Some crashing.Some slowly flowing out to sea.Some sucked out underneath the ones rising. All at the same time.
 Feelings are&#38;nbsp;like these waves.Some come and go gently.
And some come in storms.Notice what feelings are now in the tide of your being.Let your breath be the guide.
Like a lighthouse illuminating the waves of your being.

Notice how these wave feelings are shaping your breath.Notice what feelings are churning in the waves.
Let each breath widen the illumination of your shoreline.&#38;nbsp;
As you inhale, notice each feeling you have alongside the breath.
 Notice how it feels rising into your awareness.Does it feel good?Does it feel right-sized to your place in your sand?
If so, let yourself notice if there are other feelings pulsing alonside or underneath this one.Can you make more room for more feelings?Can you let them churn, and ebb, and flow?If not, notice what happens if you give yourself more space.More space to be the wide meeting of the sea and the shore.Let yourself lay out fully in the sand where it meets the sea.Notice if you can let your waves of being churn.Moving without judgement.Making more room to understand this wave comes as it goes.This feeling rises and falls.&#38;nbsp;And you remain.

		<description>SCROLL INTO
 BEING
SCROLL︎︎︎DOWN

Find some comfortable position for your body while you
scroll this text.

Let your body settle

whatever that means to you.

sitting in a comfortable position,
or lying on your side,

or making popcorn just the way you like.

Whatever it is,&#38;nbsp;
do it.

Now, notice the rhythm of your breathing.
notice if you are forcing any one breath more than another.

or holding any one in
more than any others.
if they are deep, let them be deep.

if they are shallow, let them be shallow.

just notice what happens if you slow down to just let it all be

until you find the rhythm in which you are more comfortable than you were before.
right where you need to be.
&#38;nbsp;let your breath find what it needs.
once you and your breath have found the right rhythm, notice how you body feels.
What do you notice?
Take your time...

What might come of letting what you notice &#38;nbsp;really just be?
no need to force change, or shame anthing. just invite shifts in.

whatever you notice, just let it find what it needs.

try to let your breath bring more space for whatever your body is looking for,&#38;nbsp;
to let it relish or release what you find.
on the inhale gathering, or on the exhale releasing

whatever needs to shift to find just a little bit more comfort.

notice if you can let your body be as it is.
if not, let it do what it needs to do to find more room to be.
now, notice what you find in your thinking.

Take your time...

Notice if you force any one thought away more than any others.
Or focus on one more than another.
Or feel carried in any direction more than others.
Can you let your thinking be?
Can you let your breathing guide your thinking back to being?

Take your time...

Just notice&#38;nbsp;
No forcing or falling into anyone one direction more than another.
notice now&#38;nbsp;

Can you let it all just be in the being?
What gets in the way if you can’t.

What sensations arise from the practice of slowing into being?

Notice these colors shifting.
Notice how they land

on your senses.
Notice how the shifts in color

impact your breathing.
Notice if the shifting takes your thoughts in any one directions more than others.
How do the shifting colors impact your being?

And then return again to being.
Nothing to do.

Nothing to change.

Nothing to force.

Just try slow into being for another moment.
Just noticing
how this experiment in scrolling

is impacting you

right now.
And as always, take good care of your self.

		<description>︎︎︎
SAY
GOODBYE
 TO
SAY
HELL0
Begin by taking a slow, deep breath.

 Inhale and exhale through your nose.

Feel how
the air is
cool going in
and warm
coming out
of your nostrils.
Now take another. &#38;nbsp;

Breathe down
 into the depths
of your body.

Like your belly. &#38;nbsp;

Or your knees.

Or your toes.
Can you breath as deeply as your toes?

Allow this breath to bring you into  this&#38;nbsp; present moment. &#38;nbsp;

Become aware
 of any emotions you’re feeling:joyfearangersadness
&#38;nbsp;
whatever
emotions are present for you,&#38;nbsp;

Notice where
you feel them
in your body.

Imagine these emotions
as waves-

rising and falling&#38;nbsp;

rising to your&#38;nbsp;
awareness
and then falling
away.

Notice any sensations your body feels in the waves-warmth,tingling,
tension,
tightness,
 heaviness,
 pain,sharp,dull,numb,or anything in between.&#38;nbsp;
&#38;nbsp;Try to meet your sensations&#38;nbsp; with interest and care.&#38;nbsp;

The way you
would&#38;nbsp;
a warm wave.
Try not to &#38;nbsp;describe.
But feel instead.
In this moment.
Feel the sensations as you would a wave.
 rising and falling.

As you inhale, let your breath expand into areas of your body you are curious about.Whether you find ease or pain. &#38;nbsp;Let it rise.
As you exhale, release and soften.
Let it fall.
Imagine&#38;nbsp;the wave—
rising and falling.
 over and over with each emotion you feel,

 letting the anchor of your breath

reach deep into the depths of your &#38;nbsp;being.

 Bring to mind
a source
of your suffering.

As you slowly inhale,

notice if you can
find your heart warmed by a wave
of care
for the source.

As you exhale,
release
any pain
or sorrow
 you find.
Let it dissipate with the movement
of the waves. Any suffering
you
carry,&#38;nbsp;Let the waves
 rising and falling,

rising and falling,

rising and falling,warm you.
As you experience
all the emotions
 you want
to say goodbye to.&#38;nbsp;
To say hellobe gentle
with your sensations, curious about them and any
emotions connected.
As you navigate through your waves, rising and falling,&#38;nbsp;let your breath be your anchor.
Say goodbye
 to say hello.And as always, take good care of your self.︎︎</description>

Take care of your self.︎︎︎

Notice if you’re aware of any sensations in your body.
︎︎︎

Choose one to focus on.
︎︎︎

Feel your sensation.
︎︎︎

Try to feel your sensation fully.
︎︎︎

If you can’t, notice what is getting in the way.
︎︎︎

Do you notice any places in your body that are hot.
︎︎︎

Are there any areas causing you discomfort?
 ︎︎︎

What are the places you notice, letting you know about what you need?
 ︎︎︎

Try to meet your needs.
 ︎︎︎

See if you can meet them fully.
︎︎︎

And then take a breath.
︎︎︎

Let your breath release what discomfort you notice.
 ︎︎︎

Notice if you can’t.
 ︎︎︎

If you can’t, notice what you do instead.
︎︎︎

Notice if there is numbness, or a sensations connected to feelings you can’t identify,
or something you use to distract yourself.
︎︎︎

First awareness, best awareness. There are no wrong answers here.
︎︎︎

Stay there for as long as you need to learn more about your self.
︎︎︎

And then let your breath bring some care to what you notice.
︎︎︎

Relax.
︎︎︎

If you can’t, notice how you respond to your what you notice.
 ︎︎︎

Find out if you care about it.
︎︎︎

If you don’t, notice what you do instead.
 ︎︎︎

There. Now breath in care again. Notice what you learned.
︎︎︎

This is one way to take good care of your self.

		<description>Every now and again, it’s necessary to hang out where threads tangle, and let it be a good thing; an experiment in curiosity as care. Take a minute to scroll into some connected observation. Finding opportunities to slow down and look around is both the end and the means.

Thoughts&#38;amp;Feelings is an experimental guided-meditation project by Amber Cady, LMFT. It’s a tiny nook in a corner of the internet that wants you to take good care of yourself.
